Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, text) across social platforms.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance analytics using various reporting tools.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to create cohesive messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis to drive new initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is not only creative but also possesses an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, along with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, and ability to set up campaigns on various platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
